God is beyond understanding. However, each person must have a ready idea, a symbol, a mental image of God which will serve as the gate to the realization. So that while we may not understand, we are able to live in Its presence. There is no one way to do this. The Christian woman and the Moslem man, the Hindu ascetic and the Buddhist monk who feel The Presence in their devotions and live according to It by loving all and doing good are all equally well informed. All of us on earth are blessed by our seeking to understand.
